What forms of payment do you accept?

 

We accept cash, checks(corporates only) and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express).

How long will the repairs to my vehicle take?

 

Many factors affect the length of time it takes to repair your vehicle such as the extent of damage, parts availability, insurance approval, and hidden damage. Your estimator will give you an estimate of the time it will take to complete the repairs on your vehicle.

Can I get other work done on my vehicle while it is in the body shop?

 

Yes. Seven Stars Auto Garage is a full service automotive center that not only offers body repair, but also service & maintenance and glass repair. Just let your estimator or CSR know what other work you would like done and he or she would be happy to make the necessary arrangements for you.

Where can I get a rental vehicle?

 

You can get a rental vechile from our sister company Seven Stars Rent A Car on the spot as they operate on the premises. We can make the necessary arrangements for you, if notified earlier if you need a particualar vehicle of choice. 

 

Please be aware that insurance companies will only pay for a rental vehicle if you have that option on your policy. As an added convenience, when you drop off your vehicle at our Auto Garage for repair, Seven Stars Rent A Car representative will meet you with your rental needs.

Can I get a ride to work?

 

Yes. We would be happy to give you a ride home or to work. We only ask that you let us know you would like a ride when you schedule your appointment so we can ensure that we have a driver readily available for you. Please note that this service will be available on additional costs which would depend on the distance you travel to.

What are your pickup and delivery methods?

 

If your vehicle is drivable, we can arrange to pick it up at your home or office. When the work is complete, we can also drop it off for you. If you would like to pick up your vehicle after hours, after 6:00 pm or before 7:30 am, call us to make an arrangement. If you would like to drop off your vehicle after hours, we have an after hour drop box available.

How long does an estimate take?

 

On average, an estimate takes between 15-20 minutes. The actual time is dependent upon the extent of damage to your vehicle.

Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

 

No appointment is necessary for an estimate. Just drop by Seven Stars Auto garage and an estimator will assess your vehicle.

Do you work on all cars?

 

Yes, we work on all makes and models.

Who should I call to tow my car? Do you have towing?

 

Seven Stars Auto Garage provides towing services. Please do call us at our Garage 02-5511080 or Main Office 02-6721816.

How will I know when my vehicle is complete?

 

When your vehicle is done and ready to be picked up, we will notify you. You can also check the status of your vehicle by calling us with your vehicle ID# given to you when you dropped it off. If you have any questions or concerns during the repair process, please do not hesitate to call or e-mail your estimator.
